Tmobile hack reddit12/10/2023 No one is interested in us but rather big companies like Google, not entirely true, but I have found this usually makes them take a deep breath and realize that maybe they aren't a target. The next thing I do is reassure them that we are the same person. Usually, I start by explaining what they are experiencing and the difference between hacking. You have to understand how hacking works and the target. This is where my degree from college comes in and hopefully I can be informative here. I reiterate that I am here to help and understand. The second reaction I do the same exact thing. Basic intuition and owning phones at young ages has educated us to some degree. People want to believe they are not crazy when in fact our first reaction is to say, "yeah you are crazy or ignorant." When in fact most of us aren't trained to know what hacking looks like either. My response to the first reaction is to calm them or make them feel like they are being heard. This is met with one of two reactions, "the sales rep doesn't believe me," or, "let me explain this topic or subject on why I have been hacked to you that I don't understand in the slightest." My first thought is, "how am I going to explain this in a way they can understand." Which is usually by asking them, "why do you think it is hacked?" Or, "what part of the phone do you think is hacked?" I actually had one about 2 months ago who had and iPhone and switched to an Android device because she was that convinced. I have seen the, "I have been hacked." With iPhone users as well. There are actually laws that say people are not expected to know and that larger companies are bound to protect the end user. In my experience most of the time these people are older or have zero knowledge of how apps actually work or advertisements work.
