Cranberries can be tart, but with a little sugar, they make an incredible dessert flavor! This cranberry curd tart is as delicious as it is festive! This cranberry curd tart recipe is made with a homemade olive oil crust, fresh cranberries and orange, and creamy whipped cream! It’s made with pantry friendly ingredients and will be a fantastic addition to your holiday table! WHAT CAN I DO WITH A BAG OF CRANBERRIES? I'm gonna serve it again for Easter with fresh raspberries and maybe a compote. It's just like lemon bars but with a more exciting/substantial crust. I was skeptical about the crumbly crust because it really was dry and dusty, but this was a hit. Definitely needs more lemon! I also think the tart pan might need greasing around the top the filling stuck to mine and sealed the tart to the pan, making it hard to remove.įollowed to the T except using a pastry cutter for the crust as my food processor is comically small.
